VueGuard® 930C — Super Hydrophilic Anti-Fog Coating
The VueGuard® 930C is a general-purpose, optically clear, UV curable anti-fog coating. It survives washing with multipurpose water and alcohol-based cleaners as well as oxidative, strongly basic and acidic cleaners.
This coating has adhesion to technical thermoplastics. It is three times better in scratch resistance and will survive three hours at 140°C without total loss of anti-fog properties. It was also formulated to be capable of being washed multiple times with alcohol based cleaners.
Anti-Fog Coating Applications
The VueGuard® 930 C-AM offers both Anti-Fog and Anti-Microbial properties that inhibit the ability of microbes to grow and minimizes the spread of disease. The VueGuard® 930 PST is the recommended AF Post Surface Treatment used to clean, remove dirt, oils, and other contaminants while maintaining the anti-fog properties of the treated article for an exceptionally long time.

Materials: UV-curable AF coating for PC, PMMA, PET, and other optical clear thermoplastic materials.
% Solids: Spray – 25%, Dip & Flow – 40%, Roll-to-Roll – 75%
UV Dosage Energy: 1200 mJ/cm²
UV-cure thermal exposure: 70–100°C increases coating durability and solvent rub resistance.
Masking: Mask AF-coated surface with paper or film without adhesives.

Water Immersion: Coated sample immersed in boiling water for 30 min.
High Temperature: Coated sample tested after 5 hours at 100°C.
Cleaning Durability
50+ Windex® wash cycles — No Fog
Samples sprayed with Windex then wiped clean with a dry scratch-free rag. Anti-fog tested after each cycle.
