This anti-fog coating is a general purpose anti-fog but also useful for making the coating have anti-static properties by virtue of a particular choice of urethane.

It survives washing with multipurpose water-based cleaners including glass cleaners, oxidative cleaners (peroxide and hypochlorite), and both strongly basic and strongly acidic products. The anti-fog  property does not survive more than four washes with alcohol based cleaners as the active anti-fog ingredient is extracted.

The VueGuard 930 B-AM offers both Anti-Fog and Anti-Microbial properties that inhibit the ability of microbes to grow and minimizes the spread of disease.

The VueGuard 930 PST is the recommended AF Post Surface Treatment used to clean, remove dirt, oils, and other contaminants. It also maintains the anti-fog properties of the treated article for an exceptionally long time.
