The Vueguard® 901-WC FL is one of Performance Coatings International’s families of solvent-based UV cured coatings for many plastic substrates. Vueguard® 901-WC FL is a crystal clear coating offering outstanding optical properties, flexibility, scratch and abrasion resistance. In addition, this coating has exceptional chemical resistance. This is an excellent topcoat with a wide range of uses well known for its durability in very demanding applications.

Coating Application Methods
Vueguard® 901-WC FL may be applied via spray (hand or automated), dip, spin, roll or flow coating.
Chemical Resistance
Vueguard® 901-WC FL coated products have excellent resistance to many chemicals. They will resist diluted sulfuric acid, alcohols, aromatic solvents such as toluene and xylene, trichloroethylene and gasoline.
Scratch and Abrasion Resistance
The Vueguard® 901-WC FL hardcoat delivers extended service life when compared to uncoated substrates while maintaining an attractive appearance. Test conducted using both Performance Coatings International’s steel wool scratch tester and the Taber Abrasion Tester show no attack in either case.

Surface Printing
Surface printing over Vueguard® 901-WC FL coated products is feasible by using our proprietary surface treatment PST-1126.
Cleaning Instructions
Vueguard® 901-WC FL coated sheets and fabricated parts may be cleaned using ordinary liquid window cleaners and a soft cloth.
